This Privacy Policy describes how OFen - Vessel Rites (“the app”) handles information when you prepare and keep care records for vessels on your device. The app is offered by Mochammad Ardiansyah, based in Indonesia. If you have questions, contact edatenif98@gmail.com.

What the app does

OFen is a quiet field companion for a solo maker. You name a vessel, describe its purpose, choose a ritual sequence and a material, toggle six preparation checks, and save a dated care record with a preparation score, a care track, and a computed ready date. You can edit records, compare two records on your shelf, mark a record ready when its ready date has passed, copy an existing record as a draft, export your shelf as plain text, and restore a recently deleted record from the on-device shelf log. All of this runs on your iPhone without requiring an account or an internet connection for core features.

Where your information lives

Everything you enter stays on your device. Care records and related settings are stored locally using on-device persistence (for example, a local database). The app does not sync your shelf to a cloud service operated for this product, and routine use of the app does not send your vessel names, purposes, scores, or dates to our servers—because we do not operate a backend that receives that data for normal app operation.

Information you provide

The app stores the content you type and select, including:

• Vessel name and purpose text you enter;
• Your chosen ritual sequence and material;
• The on/off state of the six preparation checks;
• Derived values the on-device engine calculates from those inputs (preparation score, care track, care-track note, ready date, shelf comparison delta, and whether you marked a record ready);
• Dates associated with a record (such as creation date and ready date);
• A local log entry when you delete a record, used only so you can restore it from settings while that log entry remains available.

We do not ask for your legal name, postal address, or payment details inside the app for these features.

What we do not collect or use

Based on how the product is built:

• No advertising networks and no ad personalization;
• No analytics or tracking SDKs tied to your identity across apps or websites;
• No sale of personal data;
• No camera, photo library access, or continuous location collection for the described features;
• No machine-learning models that upload your records for training or inference.

If Apple’s platform privacy disclosures for the app list “Data Not Collected” or similar, that reflects this offline, on-device design. Future versions could change only if the product itself changes; this policy describes the current behavior.

Network and external services

Core preparation, scoring, and shelf storage work without network access. Opening this privacy policy or the terms of use inside the app uses a local viewer; when those documents are loaded from files bundled with or published for the app, that read does not transmit your care records. The app is not designed to call third-party APIs with your shelf contents as part of normal preparation workflows. We have not specified separate third-party processors that receive your vessel data on our behalf for those workflows.

Export and deletion

You control your data on the device. You can export the shelf as a plain-text summary when you choose that action in settings—the export is generated locally and goes wherever you save or share it from iOS. You can delete records from the shelf; a deleted record may be restorable from the on-device shelf log until that log no longer holds the entry or you clear applicable local data by removing the app. Uninstalling the app removes local storage on the device unless iOS backup/restore mechanisms copy it according to your device settings; we do not operate a separate cloud copy to recover after uninstall.

Children

The app is a general-purpose lifestyle tool for personal vessel preparation notes. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through an online registration flow because the app does not offer that kind of account sign-up. Parents and guardians should supervise device use if minors access the app.

Security

Local data benefits from the security of your device (passcode, Face ID, Touch ID, and iOS protections). No method of storage is perfect; keep your device updated and avoid sharing exports you do not intend others to read.

Changes

We may update this policy to match product or legal requirements. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do. Material changes will be reflected in the document you can open from the shelf or from published legal URLs for the app.
